1. Processing Time

All standard orders are meticulously processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. For bespoke and custom architectural orders, processing times may vary significantly depending on the craftsmanship required and will be communicated directly at the time of purchase by our concierge team.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed securely at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Heavy fixtures like bathtubs, marble freestanding basins, and large vanity units require specialized white-glove freight delivery, which can take 7-14 business days to ensure safe transit.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our facility. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Our logistics partners will often contact you directly to schedule delivery for larger items.

4. Damages During Transit

CROMIO ensures secure, impact-resistant packaging for all our delicate fixtures. However, if your item arrives damaged, please document the damage extensively with photographs and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can arrange an expedited replacement and file a claim with the carrier.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we cater exclusively to the domestic market in India. For international project inquiries, please contact our Architects Corner or corporate support team to discuss specialized freight logistics and customs handling.
