Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For bespoke or customized architectural orders, cancellations are strictly only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order due to the specialized manufacturing process involved.

2. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original pristine packaging, and in the exact condition that you received it. Returns due to change of mind are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and logistics.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our quality team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made products, specific bespoke requests, installed fixtures, and items sold during clearance sales are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless verified as defective upon arrival.
